Tasks move faster and looser than showings or open houses, but the shape is familiar. Here's the quick version.
- You'll get the request by text or push. It'll show the pay, the time frame, and what's actually being asked for whether that be a lockbox run, a property check, a multi-stop errand, whatever it is. Read the notes before you accept; tasks vary more than any other request type.
- Accept it as posted, or counter. Ask for a different price or a different window if the one offered doesn't work. Otherwise accept or ignore the request.
- Get the specifics once you're in. Contact info, addresses, codes, and any extra detail come through after you accept.
- Mark your progress as you go. Multi-stop tasks need each stop checked off in the app, timestamped as you complete it.
- Lock up if you went inside, then you're done. Payment usually appears within 5-8 business days.
