PDC FAQ Section

Is the monthly fee required to gain access to Showami's PDC platform?
Yes, our monthly fee is required for clients looking to order PDC reports.
Aside from the monthly cost, will there be other costs associated with using Showami for a PDC report?
Yes. Although you are paying $75 / Month to have access to PDC report requests, you'll also need to pay a fee per-request. Request price starts at $60 and varies by market. Optional add-ons include a background-checked agent, a 1-day turnaround (+$15), and an AI-generated report (+$10).
Have the PDC conductors on Showami gone through a background check?
At Showami, we have agents that have a recent background check and some without background checks. Many of the agents conducting the PDC reports are willing to go through a background check, but only when they know a request is coming through.
What sort of turnaround speed is expected for a PDC report?
The minimum suggested time to request is 2 hours prior and we allow our agents 24-hours to submit the photos or videos needed. A 1-day turnaround tier is available for an additional $15.
