Canceled Showing Policy

• When a Showing Agent cancels a showing there will be no charge to the Initiating Agent.
• When an Initiating Agent cancels a showing prior to 2 hours before the scheduled showing there will be no charge to the Initiating Agent.
• If the Showing Agent picks up and confirms the showing during the 2-hour window prior to showing and the Initiating Agent cancels within 10 min of the acceptance of the showing there will be no charge or payment to the Initiating Agent and the Showing Agent will not receive any payment.
• When an Initiating Agent cancels within 30 minutes of the showing they will be charged full price and the Showing Agent will be paid.
