What happens when a showing is canceled, depending on who cancels and when.
When a Showing Agent cancels a showing, there is no charge to the Requesting User.
When a Requesting User cancels a showing prior to 2 hours before the scheduled showing there is no charge to the Requesting User.
When a Requesting User cancels within the 2-hour window, they will be charged $20 and the Showing Agent will be paid $10.
When a Requesting User cancels within 30 minutes of the showing, they will be charged full price, and the Showing Agent will be paid in full.
If the Requesting User cancels the showing within 10 minutes of the Showing Agent's acceptance, there is no charge to the Requesting User, and the Showing Agent will not receive any payment. This applies even to showings canceled within the 2-hour window.
